Not exactly. We're a product and engineering advisory firm. The difference is that our team consists of former CPOs and CTOs who have built and scaled product organizations themselves. We don't just hand over a presentation and walk away. We work directly with your executives to identify what's holding you back and help resolve it through audits, coaching, or hands-on part-time leadership.
That's not our primary role, but we can do it. We operate in three scenarios: helping CEOs challenge and improve the performance of their Product & Engineering teams, supporting existing CPOs and CTOs with senior-level mentoring and coaching, or stepping in as interim leadership for a few months while you recruit the right person.
Two options. Either we help your current leaders implement the recommendations through a structured coaching program, or one of our CPOs or CTOs joins your team on a part-time basis to roll them out over several weeks. Either way, the audit won’t end up gathering dust in a drawer.
