The team

Stellar & Ector: A strategic partnership to lay the technological groundwork for long-term growth.

For this project, Thibaut Fatus and Antoine Bachès worked alongside Grégory Hachin, CEO of Ector, to define the technical roadmap and support his Chief Product Officer in the face of significant legacy technical debt.

Mission

Ector has set itself a mission: to simplify travel to and from airports and train stations by making valet parking accessible to everyone. With revenues of €10 million, 15 hubs in France, a fleet of independent valets, and an API integrated by airports, the startup is entering its third phase of growth: that of a mature tech company.

How Stellar Supported Ector

Tangible results and a new direction for our technology strategy

Stellar's support helped Ector break out of its technical rut, restore clarity within the management team, and strengthen the position of its CPTO. The result: a relaunched migration, an activated plan, and a more streamlined organization to support growth.

  • A prioritized and validated migration plan: the roadmap has been clarified, sequenced, and endorsed at the strategic level, enabling rapid implementation.
  • A CTO who received support and refocused on his priorities: thanks to mentoring, Simon was able to structure his decision-making process, better defend his decisions, and regain his influence.
  • Clarified Product-Tech governance: everyone's role has been redefined, laying the groundwork for a more robust and scalable target organization.
  • A renewed sense of momentum despite a smaller team: quick wins helped secure the legacy while laying the groundwork for the future: recruitment, delivery, and product vision.
