"Mentoring with Stellar was a real wake-up call. I clarified my role, managed my team more effectively, and made decisions I had been putting off for too long. In three months, we found our product-market fit, signed our first structuring contracts, and attracted new investors. Stellar's support had a decisive impact at a critical moment for the company. I would recommend it to any founder in the early stages."
Stellar and Aldebaran: Strategic Support to Accelerate Product-Market Fit
In this project, Amélie Caudron, CPO at Stellar, worked with Nate Lowe, co-founder and CPTO of Aldebaran, and the founding team to define a strategic pivot and improve collaboration between the business and tech teams.

Mission
Aldebaran's mission is to simplify the daily lives of doctors by developing a digital patient management and monitoring solution.
Following a successful pre-seed round, the team is entering a critical phase: consolidating its minimum viable product (MVP), shifting its focus to the right market segments, and setting up its organizational structure in preparation for future fundraising.
Tangible results
and an organization ready to scale up and secure funding
