"Mentoring with Stellar has been a real game-changer. It allowed me to step back, structure my transition into the role of Head of Product, and resolve key challenges such as retention and collaboration with the tech team. Having an external, experienced, and supportive perspective makes all the difference when you're in the midst of a scaling phase."
