Will this disrupt the team?
We conduct interviews asynchronously whenever possible. Please allow 30 to 60 minutes per person over a two-week period.
What happens after the audit?
You’ll receive a comprehensive written report and a 90-day action plan. If you need help implementing it, we can discuss coaching or part-time leadership support.
What if we disagree with the diagnosis?
We challenge easy answers. But the diagnosis is based on data and interviews, not opinion. Most clients say it confirmed what they already felt but couldn't put into words.
